How do I apply sales and parking settings to my domain name folder?

Go to the Manage Domains page, click the 'Manage Folders' button located above the domain table, set 'Folder' option to the folder you would like to manage, edit Sales/Parking settings, select 'Apply Sales/Parking Changes to Domains' to apply these settings to the domain names within your folder, and click 'Save'.
